I registered for the Web conference: one hour session for EBS Oracle Payroll North American US Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) functional users.

My shop does not have Oracle Time and Laber module at this time.  Is having OTL a requirement for setting up EBS Oracle Payroll North American US Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)?
