URGENT: Fields needed that are not included on XML; how do I solve?

I'm creating a purchase order that requires that the tax ID# , tax % and tax amount be included on the PO.I'm creating an .rtf template for Printed Purchase Order (Landscape).
Using the concurrent program POXPRPOL, these piece of information are not included.

Is there a way to get them included in the XML information - WITHOUT creating a new executable & custom concurrent program?

or is there a way to utilize Bill Presentment Architecture for this?

If there is no other alternative, I would like this information as well.
