Setting up a condition section within a group

How do I incorporate a conditional section into the main section of the report.  I can get the informatino to print in separate sections in BI but I need the WO lot information to print with it's related WO.

In a standard UBE my output is as follows:

customer    work order    ........

conditional sectional section prints detail data related to WO

lot 1

lot2

lot3

etc.

customer   work order .......

lot 1

lot 2

lot 3
