How Can I Track Changes To My Bills of Material?

Beginning with A7.3 cume 16, a new menu item was added to menu Daily PDM Discrete. Menu item #11 is, BOM Change File Inquiry (P3011). This inquiry works in conjunction with Manufacturing Constants, Log Bill of Material Changes Y/N. When set to a Y (yes), all new, changed and deleted items belonging to your Bills of Material are written to the Bill of Materials Change File (F3011).

In addition, the following fields are written to the F3011 for each item:

User ID
Program ID  
Date Updated
Action

Action is the action code of what type of transaction was performed. Such as add, change or delete. The User ID and Date Updated is who is performed the action.
