Embedded BI Publisher - How do you add bitmaps and fonts to the AS400?

Hi all,

Specifically I would like to know - How do you add bitmaps and MICR fonts to the AS400?  Where on the AS400 do these reside? 

Also, when I view the RD Output of my form using Adobe, the bitmaps are shown in Adobe.  But when I print the RD Output, the bitmaps don't get printed.
