Workflow Report Object Names

Hello,

 

In an Oracle workflow report, how do you find out what the name of the object is?   For example, we have a report called “Create Accounting – Assets” that produces a “Subledger Accounting Program Report” (See line 3 in the attached document ). 

 

I know the name of the workflow is FA Account Generator and the object name for the workflow is  faflxgrp.wft. 

 

But where does the request name of ‘Create Accounting – Assets’ link to faflxgrp.wft?  And howe do we find the name of the report or form that generates the “Subledger Accounting Program Report?
