Controling Call Timer in Communication Toolbar

Hi,

We have the following requirements related to call timer in CTI Toolbar.

1. Flashing/ change color of Call timer if it extends more than 60 sec.

2. Pause the timer if call is put on hold.

3. Have another timer to count the duration of call on hold.

Any pointers in acheving the solution for above requirements will be really helpful.
