I can not install Oracle database10g EE R2 (10.2.0.4) 64-bit on Win-2008 R2 OS-64bit release 6.1

Dear support,

I’ve received Oracle Database EE R2 (10.2.0.4) CDs shipment by Oracle last week; but when I attempted to install the Oracle database10g on Win-2008 R2 64-bit server it did not work with the current OS version (6.1). Be advised that the server has been applied to it the latest MS patches and service pack.


My question/request is as follows:
Do you have a link that I can download any Oracle database10g R2 running on Win-2008 R2 64-bit server and OS release is (6.1)?

Be advised that Oracle Database must be compatible with the current installed OS release (6.1) on Win-2008 R2 64-bit server.
