SOX Compliance related guidelines

Hello everybody,

I am looking at SOX compliance guidelines for Oracle database. For all Oracle databases we need to come up with standard set of pratices so our databases are compliant to SOX. Any inputs on how do we make sure our databases are SOX compliant, any inputs or pointers to information resources.
