Journal Line Type : Liability in Event Class : Payments

Hello

As per standard Oracle, there are no Account Derivation Rules assigned for Journal Line Type (JLT) 'Liability'. Can anyone please explain how the values for each accounting segment are derived in the absence of any Account Derivation Rule (ADR) assigned to the JLT

I have attached the screen shot for ready reference.
