How to retrieve the cell's comments

Hi,
I want to provide a solution for users to add rich and mandatory text with the entered values.

To add comments is a possibility and the limit of 255 char can be tuned.

But I have to retrieve these comments directly by reporting.

I see the comments cells by cells under Smartview, it's not suffisant.

Is there any way to retrieve theses text comments and the values one shoot with a tool ?

I need the result in Excel or Word.
