No eligible transactions exist for the run period or burdened costs for the transactions have not be

When i run PRC: Generate Capitalized Interest Transactions program it gives the following error:No eligible transactions exist for the run period or burdened costs for the transactions have not been calculated.
This is even though there is a miscellaneous transaction which is entered against the project, and has been burdened and accounted in GL. The transaction is also appearing as capitalizable. Please confirm what is missing.
