Java Null pointer exception when creating Expense Reports

Hi,

    Few users are complaining that when they click on iExpense create Expense Report link they are receiving Java Null pointer exception.

It is not cache issue and I have cross checked that the employee record is active. What are the other checks that I have to do for resolving the issue?
