PO Template RTF File Update - Where to find names of fields to use?

I need to add the vendor number (segment1 of the po_vendors table) to our PO PDF.  I have the RTF file ready to update, but I don't know what field name to use.  I have tried <?VENDOR_NUMBER?> and <?SUPPLIER_NUMBER?> but that doesn't seem to work.  Does anyone know what I should use or where I can go to find out?
