Email contact list filtered to a specific registration program

Hi Everyone,
Could we configure ODM to send a daily digest email that would send a .csv file which contains list of Contacts that have registered for a specific program? I have configured Queue & Queue assignment rules but I do not see an option to filter the contacts just to one's that have registered for a specific program. I am assuming that it can be done using attributes from "Contact Activities" but I couldn't figure out a standard solution. Could anyone please suggest me a good solution to achieve this.
