Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Transit Times not working when using external

Has anyone had an issue when setting up an external ( specific customer) transit time?

We have a region set up for a specific state

We do not want to set up by zip code as the transit time is different for just one customer within a zip code.

We have it set up and is working for one customer but having trouble getting it to work for another

Any ideas?
