Openning AR System Options get FRM-40735: Post-Query Trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403 me

I have setup AR system options in CRP instance and was working fine, we have then cloned the instance to DEV instance. Now when I tried to click on Systems Ooptions (Receivables > Setup > systems > System Options) in CRP I get the message "FRM-40735: Post-Query Trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403" but DEV is working fine. I can continue to create transactions in AR in CRP.  I ran the diagnostic tests for both instances and found no variances.

I googled the error message and found a few hits and a few also mentioned the error happened after the clone, but didn't find any any solutions to the issue.
