WorkFlow on multiselect picklist

I want to create a workflow which will send out an email when any record is entered in multiselect picklist. I started on creating the workflow, but then noticed that in expression builder of workflow, the dropdown for AccountField would not have multiselct picklist field listed in it. Is there a way this can be acheived?
