Hi Friends

we are  getting this error Cannot connect to server (SBL-EAI-04115) when i am trying tio open reports (Vanilla and Custom)

Could any one suggest me the root cause .Please respond asap its impacting on our business

I am new to siebel plzz explain me in step by step process

Pleasse see the screen shot for clear information

Siebel version-8.1.1.4

BI Publisher version-10.1.3.4.
