How to apply patch unified driver patch in Multi Node system (Oracle EBS R12.1.1)

HiWe are using oRcale EBS R12.1.1 I want to Upgrade oracle EBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 so I have to apply patch 9239090.
We have Multi node system (Database on  node1 and Application on node2).
What will be sequence to apply u9239090.drv?
Do I have to apply this patch on both nodes (If yes what is sequence, If no on which node do i have to apply patch?).
