R12: OM 2 IB Interface Interface: RMA Transaction Failed

Hi,

I am getting error in-regards to OM 2 IB Interface Interface, the Termination_Reason column have null values. Due to this RMA transaction did not get succussfully completed. Could anyone please let me know why the Termination_Reason column have null value in R12.
