BI Publisher and bursting reports to Excel

When we burst to an Excel Report we finally got our logo to print on the report by creating an Image directory \\servername\OraHome_1\oc4j_bi\j2ee\home\applications\xmlpserver\xmlpserver\Image  and putting a .png file there.  But we can't get our Graphs to come across.  We find the directory that they are put in but don't know how to get them to show up on the Excel Report.

We are running BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 with the latest patch, our Application Server is the OC4J standalone installed with BI Publisher.  We have recently changed to a Windows Server 2003R2 OS from a Linux Platform, this all worked on Linux.
