11G on Windows 2008 Standard Best Setting for LargeSystemCache memory parameter

We have an 11g (11.1.0.6 ) system running windows 2008 server standard.  What is best practices for the setting related to OS LargeSystemCache?

We have set windows role to be an "Application Server" and would like to know what setting to use for LSC at:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\ LargeSystemCache, REG_DWORD =  ?

We believe it should be, 0, ie (0) Maximize data throughput for network applications

but the OS is set to 1, ie (1) Maximize data throughput for file sharing.

Please advise, thank you for your time!
