Now the Americas (US, CA, MX) HCM High Priority Alert Note 404478.1 has been updated and has these patches listed:

Question 1: Why is the fixup script patch now 13815055 when before it was 13603602? Does this imply that there were bugs in the patch we applied in February? Do customers that have applied the patches back in February have to review and possibly run this fixup script?
