Over Receipt Qty Tolerance is not working for Blind Receiving

Hi,

We have WMS enabled Organization wherein receiving against Purchase order are done using the Mobile device. As WMS employs 
the concept of 'Blind Receiving' it has been observed that it does not reject the received qty which has got exceeded the total purchase 
order qty even though  Over receipt qty tolerance action was set to 'Reject' at Purchase Order shipment Level.

Can You please suggest
