IT transfer to a branch-plant where item is obsolete

Hi everyone.

I have an issue with IT transfers.

I have 2 Branch Plants (A and . One Stock item is created in both Branch plant but in Branch plant B this item is obsolete while Branch plant A is still using it. I have tested doing an IT from A to B and it worked, it worked also the other way round, except that it is creating cost issues in ledger cardex. Shouldn't branch plant B reject any transaction on absolete items? How can I block a transfer to a BP where item is obsolete?
