Restoration of Full Cold DB physical files backup taken at OS level?

Dear support,

Can I restore Full Cold DB physical files backup taken at OS level of the Oracle database10g EE Release (10.2.0.5.0) from Windows 2008R2 EE - 64bit Server to a another Windows 2003R2 EE - 64bit Server, where both Oracle databases configuration are identical?

We need this for our target Disaster Recovery reason provided OS level is Windows 2003R2 EE - 64bit Server.
