Latest patchset for R12.1.3 - AR module (US Federal Financials)

Hi,

I am looking to find the latest patchset for 12.1.3. release for AR module.  We are on US Federal Financials.  Any information will be greatly appreciated as Support site is very confusing.  Oracle Support told me to apply

R12.FIN_PF.C for AR module but I do not seem to find enough information on this.
