Option Master to BC Contract disconnect

We are currently experiencing trouble within our homebuilder module, where Option within our option master table is becoming disconnected to our BC Contracts table.   This is evident by two issues.

1.       When reviewing the option cost detail within the option master screen, the contract is not displayed, and thus not displaying the correct option cost.

2.       When posting a house, the contract work file record is not generated for the said option, thus no OS contract will be created.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
