OTL: Availability and Schedules

Hi

I have some questions regarding availibility and schedules. Is OTL and HR using the same tables when setting up shift, workplan, holiday calendar etc?

Can you , and is there any advantage, to setup this in OTL and to setup HRMS togheter with CAC (Common application calendar).

If you set up this in OTL can you then login in SS HR - My schedule, to see your availibility?
