Retrieving media object text in custom report

I have created a custom report that retrieves media object text held in two separate records. I used the System function to do this. It works beautifully when I test with only 1 item in the custom table. When I added 2 more items, the report displays an extra line between each item with only the attachments printing (all other columns are blank). Here is an example: Item 123456 has a single record in table F55123 that describes the item. The same item has two records in table F55234 that identifies the type of url. The url itself is stored in an
