Freight Charges from OM missing on AR Invoice

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue with freight lines that have been applied to orders in Om and are not making it to Receivables.  Our orders are configured as multiple lines per order (about 5-10 lines per) and freight charges at the header level that are driven by a modifier.  The freight is clealy visible on the order undr the charges sectiion.  What is strange is that the issue is inconsitent.  The freight charges sometimes make it to AR and sometimes they do not. 

Any help or direction would be appriciated.
