FSCM 9.1 - Unable to view Requisition Header Attachment on Approval Page

Hello,

We are on FSCM 9.1; maintance pack 4. Our users are unable to view Requisition Header Attachments on the Approval Page.

My understanding is that due to a bug only line level attachements can be viewed from the Approval Page and that a fix is either already available or is being developed.

Is anyone experieincing this issue or aware of a fix. If you have the same issue, how are you managing it?
