Mass Settlement Search - Can Customer be an optional field?

Hi

In the Mass Settlement screen Customer is a mandatory search field. Can it be made optional through personalization? We have a requirement to be able to search on all open deductions in the Mass Settlement screen just based on the reason code.

Since users generate many deductions for different customers, they need the ability to be able to search on all of these just based on the reason code and not limit the search to each customer.

Is this possible?
