Cannot create accounting for Cancelled invoice

Hi,

Just want to inquire if anybody here encountered an issue when cancelling an invoice. We have cancelled an invoice and cannot create accounting. No error was displayed. We tried to run Payable accounting process but the issue was not resolved. We our using EBS Payables R11.
