Oracle Auto Service Request (ASR) release 3.8 includes the following enhancements:

Adds ASR Manager Relay. Provides the ability for multiple ASR Managers and Solaris 11 asset to connect to
a common ASR Manager, configured as an ASR Manager Relay, sharing the outbound Internet connection to Oracle. (see diagram below)
Adds asset hostname to the ASR customer e-mail notifications to make it easier to identify the asset
Adds information for how to configure the ASR Manager in a highly available configuration.
