Oracle Enterprise Manager OpsCenter 12c now available - includes ASR support

Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center 12c includes support for ASR (Auto Service Request).
This new implementation of ASR is an alternative to using the ASR Manager for the systems products supported by Ops Center.
Ops Center can automatically discover ASR-qualified assets, configure the assets to send fault telemetry, and complete the ASR asset activation approval process in My Oracle Support.
This can greatly simplify the process of enabling ASR in environment with many ASR assets.

When specific faults occur, Ops Center opens the Oracle Service Request, display the fault event as an Ops Center incident, including the Service Request number.
