Error ORA-01115 when compile package on AIX OS

Hi all,

   My db is 9.2.0.4 64 bit run on AIX (5.3) OS 64

   Last night, I compiled package and it take a long time, but I meet errors such as:

ERR_10010010001:Msg Not Found!(ERR_10010010001)(ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 8 (block # 6377)

ORA-01110: data file 8: '/oradata/acevnprd/lifedata.dbf'

ORA-27091: skgfqio: unable to queue I/O
