Application Access in Linux Platform

Hi, I have a customized application, which is been configured in oracle 10g R2,in Windows platform. One of my client is having linux machine , while trying to run the application, system prompts for additional plug-ins. Please help me to configure the same. I had configure JRE version in my windows application server. Thanks in advance.
