Cannot found jar

Hi,

   Can anyone help me with my concern. when running sh copy_files.sh jar cannot be found
   when running  jar -xvf $ORACLE_HOME/13384700/ewt3.jar same scenario was shown. jar not found.

    Do you know what should be the solution to this jar problem? also what is the meaning of -xvf

   Please run below script to copy all files to $ORACLE_HOME with respective location.
   

   %cd $ORACLE_HOME/13384700
   % sh copy_files.sh
    

   For ewt3.jar please follow these additional steps:

         i.  Backup the Forms java subtree and extract the changed files
