SLM:"Apply Template" button is missing when using AME for supplier approval process

Hi

Im planning to use AME for my Supplier registration and evaluation process and was wondering if this is a known bug or gap ?

Business case:

We are classifying our suppliers into 2 types ie critical & non-critical.

As a business process  wanted to have one step process for supplier registration for some of our critical suppliers ie During supplier registration initiation process itself we would like to send the Additional RFI questionnaire .

For non critical suppliers we wanted to have 2 step process ie send registration request and then send one more request for filling the additional RFI.

Step1: AME is not used for supplier approval process.
