AWR run snapshot very slow

1.Enviroment:Exadata X2-2 1/4 Rack

OS Version LINUX X86-64 OELRHEL 5 2.6.18-238.12.2.0.2.el5
CRS Home - Version /u01/app/11.2.0.3/grid - 11.2.0.3.0
Database Home - Version /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/dbhome_1 - 112030
Exadata Version 112240


2. After the fresh installation of exadata, the AWR can not run automatically while the statistics_level  already is typical.

So we run exec dbms_workload_repository.create_snapshot. The first snapshot took 5 hours , then each snapshot need run manually spend 15 minutes.

  (a).we found one ip not normal in the section "Cluster Interconnect" and " Interconnect Device Statistics" of AWR report.
