RDA does not generate html files, only text

Hi everybody,
Collecting RDA for WLS following the correct steps and profile etc works fine on test env and on prod env does not create the html files (only text files are created)

Same perl version is used, same RDA version, I have verified all the steps etc..

Is this the right group for posting RDA questions? Does anybody know of a mailinglist that can be used for asking RDA questions?

If somebody have any idea, I appreciate it very much
