RDA does not generate html files, only text

Hi everybody,
Collecting RDA for WLS following the correct steps and profile etc works fine on test env and on prod env does not create the html files (only text files are created)

Same perl version is used, same RDA version, same OS  I have verified all the steps  and made sure that the steps are exactly as described in Note 1097928.1 How to Collect Configuration Information for WebLogic Server (WLS) Using OCM and RDA)

If somebody have any idea, I appreciate it very much
