Procurement Contract Basic Functionality
I’ve finished the setup for the Procurement Contract module,
Mainly, I’ve defined a template, folder, some clauses, sections, variables. I guess I went through all the prerequisites in the “Contract Terms Library”.
Now, I’m a bit confused regarding the basic functionality of this module. I mean what’s next? Is it going to the Purchasing responsibility and trying attaching this contract to the PO or how it work out?!
Actually, I’ve created a new Standard PO and I opened the PO Terms Window but all the tabs related to the contracts are dimmed, though I’ve enabled the corresponding profile options “PO: Auto Apply Default Contract Template”, “PO: Contracts Enabled” and updated the contract layout in the document types.
