Configuring DG DR for Oracle EBS R12 on RAC to Phy Standby on RAC

Hi 
I am  implementing DG DR for one of our clients having Oracle EBS 12.0.6 on 10g R2 RAC(10.2.0.4.0). The DR too would have Oracle 10g R2 RAC. I am  referring to Business Continuity for Oracle Applications Release 12 on Database Release 10gR2 - Single Instance and RAC [ID 452056.1].  and MAA / Data Guard 10g Setup Guide – Creating a RAC Physical Standby for a RAC Primary.

 I have configured DB Tier on the DR env. In the DR env , I have added the Database and Instances to the Clusterware Configuration and I am able to see in $crs_stat -t. 
Should I use srvctl to start the DR database and put it in recovery mode or use Sql*Plus to manage like in Single Instance DR?
