updating employee assignment status to SUSP_ASSIGN

Hello,

I need to update an employees assignment status to SUSP_ASSIGN using assignment api but it gives the following error:

ORA-20001: HR_7949_ASG_DIF_SYSTEM_TYPE: N, SYSTYPE, ACTIVE_ASSIGN

What is the reason of this message? I must set users assignment status to SUSP_ASSIGN.

Thank you in advance.

Note: I use hr_assignment_api.update_emp_asg API

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit

Oracle Applications (using for Human Resources): 11.5.10.2
