Interbranch & Intercompany Sales

I need help on understanding intercompany and interbranch sales setup. Is it possible to create documents other than SK/OK for intercompany transactions!

DMAAI flow for Interbranch sales orders: In this case I am looking for model DMAAI setup for interbranch sales orders where we need to book internal margins when I am selling from another business unit with in the same company. Revenue DMAAI has mentioned but I need clarification on COGS of the selling business unit.
