Business Monitors Returns All Results in OTM instead of Stated Number

Hello,My business monitor is returning all results when I cick on the results number with in the BM.  It will display 20 invoices not matched, which is an in finder query very simple.  When I click on the results it displays all 19000 invoices.  It does this for other queries as well.  6.2.2 is the version we are on.
