Update Grid Infrastructure Windows from 11.2.0.2 to R11.2.0.3

Hello,
I'm upgrading a 2 Node RAC from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 running on Windows 2008 R2 64Bit server
During Upgrade Process OUI performs preinstallation checks and asks for patch 12539000

        "This test ensures that Patch "12539000" has been applied to "D:\Oracle\11.2.0\grid" . (Further Details)
         Check not successful for Node: [ISO07, ISO06]"

But this patch doesn't exist for Windows, but only for Linux, HPUX, Solaris.
Does this mean i can simply ignore this patch?
